Do you offer try ons?
Yes! We offer try ons for a $10 fee. If you go ahead with a booking, that $10 will be credited towards your rental. If you choose not to rent, the fee is non-refundable.

How long can I rent a dress for?
Our standard rental period is 4 days. Day 1 starts when you collect your dress or when it’s delivered. If you need it longer, let us know – late fees of $10 per day apply.
Do I need to pay a bond?
Yes. A refundable deposit of $100 is required with every booking. If the dress is returned in perfect condition, your deposit will be refunded. In the event of damages, your bond will be used towards repair or replacement.
Do you ship dresses?
Yes! We ship Australia wide for a $25 flat fee. Each order comes with a pre paid return satchel. Just place your dress inside and drop it at your nearest Post Office on the due date.

- Parcels marked “delivered” but stolen are not our responsibility.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses are the customer’s responsibility. If the dress cannot be traced, you’ll be liable for the full retail value.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Once full payment has been made, no refunds or exchanges are provided under any circumstances (except in the case of a failed delivery on an advance order as outlined above). Store credit may apply depending on the situation.
