  • Avoid washing the dress, using cleaning sprays, or attempting to remove stains
  • Refrain from applying perfume directly onto the dress
  • Refrain from wearing jewellery that may catch or snag on the dress
  • Do not cut off the strap hangers as they are necessary for hanging
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited while wearing our dresses
  • Make every effort to prevent make up and spray tan stains
Hire Terms & Conditions
  • We provide 4 day rental options. Day 1 begins on the day you collect the dress or the day it arrives to you via post.
  • Once full payment has been made, no refunds or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances.
  • A late fee of $10.00 per day applies for each day beyond the agreed rental period.
  • A $100 refundable deposit is mandatory for all hire orders. This will be automatically applied at checkout.
  • The bond will not be reimbursed if the garment is returned damaged or cannot be repaired. Customers are responsible for any damage to the product during the hire period.
  • All garments are professionally steamed before dispatch, though some creasing may occur during shipping.
  • Each shipped order includes a pre-paid return satchel.
  • Please place your dress in the self-addressed envelope and drop it at your nearest Post Office on or before your due-return date.
  • By selecting a shipping option, you authorise us to leave your parcel in a safe place.
  • If you do not wish to grant this authorisation, please notify Styled by Mon via email admin@styledbymon.com.au
  • We are not responsible for parcels marked “delivered” that are subsequently stolen.
  • We cannot be held responsible for incorrect or ineligible addresses provided at checkout.
  • In such cases, where a dress becomes untraceable, the full retail value of the garment will be charged.
  • Last minute orders that arrive late are not eligible for a refund. A store credit may be issued if the dress is posted back on the same day it arrives.
